Payment & Refund

> 50% of payment must be transferred in first or full before commission starts.
> Only accepting PayPal payments.
> Refunds will be done in full if the commission has not been started.
> If it has been started, I will only return 20% or 50% refund of the total price. This may vary depending on the progress made.
> My work is not for commercial use.

I, the artist have the rights to...

> Decline a commission request if it deals with a subject I am not comfortable with.
> Post the commissioned piece on social media/include it in a portfolio.
> The art itself.

You, the client

> May not use the commissioned piece for profit.
> May not use the commissioned piece for commercial use and NFTs.
> May not configure/edit the commissioned piece without my notice.
> Are required to be 18+ if commissioning a NSFW piece.
> Are required to be at least 16 to commission me.
> May print commissioned piece for personal usage.
> May post on social media/website using proper credit/notifying me.
> May request progress pictures throughout the making of the commission and inform what needs to be changed/improvised.

The Work

> I do draw: Humanoid creatures, fanart, legal shipart, OCs, NSFW, Gore, backgrounds, buildings, and character sheets.
> I don't draw: Complicated backgrounds, hyper realism.
> You may request my own OCs.
> Depending on my schedule, finishing outcomes can take up to a week or more, the making process begins within 2-3 working days.
> You can include reference images, colour palettes that you'd prefer me to use to achieve your expectations further.
> You can send me a description of what you want your commission to look like, or allow me to freestyle the process.
